2. Removed all unnecessary (except the copyrights of the author).
3. Easy to change the position of the pop-up block with the comment.
1. Rename the folder upload/templates/Default to your actual theme name

2. Upload all file/folder within "upload" in the root of the site.

3. Open theme file main.tpl before the closing add:
<link media="screen" href="{THEME}/icomm/style.css" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" />

Insert the code to wherever you want last comment to display:
&#123;include file="engine/modules/icomm.php"}

If you want to comment show up on the left of the block, use code:
<div class="right-side">&#123;include file="engine/modules/icomm.php"}</div>

:::: note: Replace &#123; with {

3. Open any .js file (in the default template is /js/libs.js) and insert into the beginning of the file:

You can't blame them for not having the module available for you because every website provide different materials and not everyone "need" everything and more importantly they don't have all free time to provide on demand, everyone is busy and they will do what they can and some times they spent time on something people don't use so they give up because no one interesting anyway, so if you looking for something "free" then you must have patient and ask for helps nicely otherwise they will just ignore your requests...many dle supports websites are shut down because many people need different things and they can't provide all, example like dle-en.com and dleviet.com, both sites are very good support sites but sometimes requests are just none sense so they just stop providing supports...this site is no different, they will provide only when they have free time, not 7 days week supports and not business website so you can't expect everything you want...just try to be nice ans ask for help nicely, eventually they will find the way to help but not always since there is no guarantee works here...

the module will work without jquery code above because the jquery is for click control but it will work without it, however, you can add that code in any of your .js file which using be theme...the tutorial is based on "Default" theme and Default theme js file is libs.js, if you are not using Default theme then add the coe to your theme js files (any js) for example if you are using "AStarter" theme then add the code to "sbscripts.js" because this file is used by AStarter theme.

The only way it's not working is due to the sidebar set overflow:hidden, in this case it's up to your theme structure, there is no way to tell what cause the problem on mouse hover nothing show up due to sidebar css set to hidden, in that case it will not show anything on mouse hover since it's hidden, but you can always test the module with "Default" theme to see if it working, if it's working then you will need to fix your theme css structure.
